But, you can still set an appointment by emailing or phoning (519-375-5056).

CANCELLATION POLICY
COVID Protocols are in place. Please feel free to cancel if you have COVID like symptoms, have been in contact with individuals with COVID, or are sick with any other illness that is communicable – no questions asked. At this time in-person meetings are available with hand washing and social distancing within the facility.
Online and in person appointments are available; please choose the service type you prefer in Step 1 “Choose Appointment” below.
Please avoid making multiple appointments if you are not certain you will use these appointments or if we have not discussed them as part of our treatment plan.

*Note to first time clients: I prefer to speak by phone before you book so that I can understand your concerns and let you know whether I can be helpful or not. There is no charge for this telephone conversation and it will allow both of us to clarify goals and the context of your request for service.

How to Schedule an appointment online
Choose the service you would like to book and then pick an available date and time that you would like.

Then select ‘Continue’ and you will be taken to the ‘Your Information’ section.

Fill in the required fields and select ‘Complete Appointment’.

You will then be given a confirmation screen, where you can add the appointment to your Outlook or Google calendar if you wish. You will receive an email confirmation regardless. At the bottom you can register for an account to save your information for faster booking later.
